Greig Davidson, owner of Tapa, a restaurant specializing in the highest quality tapas & Spanish gins, has found a way to bring that holiday feeling to Edinburgh.

How it all started – Bumpy road & customers feedback
Greig opened the business eight years ago and, looking back, it was quite a bumpy road. Opening a business during a recession might not have been the best start you could hope for, but Greig managed to make his way by listening to what his customers were saying.
“We learn from any positive or negative review. If people have things to say, we listen and we adapt,” explains Greig. “Part of our success over the years has been our ability to adapt to what people expect.”
