Update 2:35pm: It’s all sorted!
Dear users, we are aware that BLACKBX is down.
The issue has been identified and we are working on fixing it.
If your users have previously connected with BLACKBX, they should be able to connect normally to the internet. New users, however, will not be able to register and connect until the issue is resolved.
